Russell Woods, President of the Ozarks Property Rights Congress will be joining us to discuss

the National Animal I.D. and other issues relating to property rights.

The Ozarks Property Rights Congress is a non-partisan organization of citizens interested in the advancement of property rights, and the preservation of the Missouri State Constitution and the United States Constitution which guarantee our rights.
